Jill Barr

Jill Barr tells Celtic and traditional tales from around the world. She loves stories of impossible quests, social justice, family frictions and wise fools. Her style is ‘fireside’ and conversational.

Jill trained at the School of International Storytelling at Forest Row with David Campbell and Claire McNicoll. She regularly hosts and tells at the Boston Tea Party café in Ringwood with The New Forest Storytellers and is keen to bring out the latent storyteller in everyone.
